I recently spotted these graphic prints in a Melbourne design shop and was instantly smitten. I was unfamiliar with the 1963 series by Enzo Mari, an Italian designer/artist whom research has taught me is a tortured soul who over his career has spent ungodly hours, months, even years paring objects down to their most basic forms — the results of which, are simply stunning. I only wish i had room in my small apartment for one or all of these extra large prints that framed, look good enough to eat.
